ASCD Best-Seller

Margaret Searle and Marilyn Swartz have developed a quick and easy way for individuals and teams to access the support they need when PD time is limited and hard to schedule.

Based upon the best-selling ASCD book Solving Academic and Behavior Problems: A Strengths-Based Guide for Teachers and Teams, the course helps both new and experienced educators explore more efficient strategies for improving the way they diagnose and resolve learning and social/emotional concerns.

Each simple but engaging lesson is designed to help K-12 teachers and administrators act as peer coaches who can apply a strengths-based approach to the RTI/MTSS process that focuses on the talents and needs of the learner.
